I was diagnosed with adhd in therapy. my therapist was like hm, there is something going on and talked to a psychiatrist. I went through the testing but she knew just by talking to me. that's how you know. I know when someone is clearly neurodivergent just by having a conversation. topic changes like 3 times in a row. you're lucky I can keep up.
