I've learned that jetlag + alcohol-filled chocolates + sleeping pill = falling asleep in bed w/ the light on at 10:30pm & waking 4am. Oops!

My jetlagged brain is a bit like an old unwashed coffee cup. Kinda fuzzy, gray, & a bit colorful. Fresh coffee + sleep + time will help
