as there is yellow for land for sale in the SL map, and purple for auctions, there should be a color for rentals.

I'm not a fashion icon, so there are a few things new to me. What do you do when someone approaches you, say your avie looks damned good, and then asks:

confirmed: LL charges the same monthly fee to owners of land in double prim areas than they do to the rest of mainland. Meaning: they get more than you do for the same $.
