First one in ...a long time. At least a year. We figured out I missed propranolol yesterday, which is always a pretty reliable trigger -- which is obnoxious, because it’s not THAT effective for migraines, but becoming LESS dependent would mean risking this shit.

Upside: didn’t end up with clusters? Or if I had any SE it didn’t keep going. I think taking night time meds right after was good.

I I feel like I didn’t sleep at all, after (I got J and everything) which isn’t probably true but today is definitely going to be slow. Mostly bc fucking OW.

Migraine (no surprise) and bitten tongue and I didn’t bang anything up tooo bad (hip and arm maybe bumped wall) but my muscles are all stiff and annoyed.

I’m doing the narrating thing but I guess it’s good to have a record. Had a really weird aura with this one, almost more focal seeming. Like someone talking, right before the absences I usually get.

Weird.

I always want to write characters who have (seizures, migraines) when my neuro-‘s being sparkly. Catharsis I guess. Maybe I’ll write a non-dated Teddy post when I’m feeling better that people can reply to and I can just link whenever.

Ugh I should get sleep but I’m all awake.
