I had a 2 story 2 bedroom townhouse with a full basement for $640 a month in PGH.

Manhattan or Queens? Queens from $1200 for decent 1-2 bed. Manhattan more like $2700 for a 1 bed outside of Harlem/Inwood/Spanish Harlem
