So she really does look up to Green and Red, Green a little bit more because he didn't decide being a hermit was a good idea.

She... kind of looks up to Red? She respects him, but doesn't quite care for him quite as much as Green.

Ah, probably spent more time around Green when she was little. She was a year younger than them and was all "When I'm a pokemon trainer I'll definitely beat you!"

Which explains why she ended up with Blastoise. Because Red took Venasaur and Green took Charizard.

She ran through the gyms like a champ, but got stuck on Green's. Aarrrgh. Green and being non elemental! Leaf doesn't appreciate it.

So it took her two tries before she earned that badge. She gets all grumpy when you mention that though.

... Honestly she probably thinks Red is kind of stupid for being ontop of a frozen mountain without proper clothing. Where are your snow clothes! It's snowing and you're wearing short sleeves!

But he did win the league, so he gets respect!

But she also thinks Green is kind of a flaky gym leader, and every time she goes to Cinnabar she finds him there.

And she feeds him because somebody's gotta take care of the stray cats.

She probably feeds Red too, but with far more exasperation.
