Sadly we won't be seeing her again. Her parents didn't like that we couldn't accommodate their very specific routine/schedule instructions.

Whatever, some parents are waaaay over protective? involved? I trust my doggie daycare to do what's necessary to look after my dog and trust them implicitly. Sure, sometimes they do things I don't like (He

keeps coming home with scabs around his nether regions) but he's a dog, he plays.

I can understand wanting things done a certain way and if we can't meet that go somewhere else but

I don't understand getting so upset and angry about it

People are freaks.

Also, I'm imagining a regimented schedule, such as 9 a.m., eat snack 1, 9:15 a.m., potty break, 10 a.m., rest for 12 minutes....

then, soccer practice followed by Mandarin lessons...

Yes potty times were scheduled among other things.
