I have never had proper mexican food

I had 3am carne asada fries and tacos the other night and my life was happy. tacos are life.

What are carne asada fries? I feel like I have been missing out

It's a thing in SoCal and Arizona, not sure elsewhere. Taco shops sell them, it's where they put carne asada, sour cream, pico, guac, and cheese on top of big french fries lol kinda like a Southwest poutine I guess?

Idk, just search for them in yelp in your area. Almost every taco shop I've been to in San Diego and Tucson has them.
