Last night I looked over our old board games and saw Take the Brain by Parker games. Does anyone else remember this game? It came out in 1970, it's sort of a funny simplified version of chess. Although if you look at the board it doesn't look so simple. 
I think it's an English made game. It got passed down to me by way of my Mum/Uncles and Aunt. I remember loving it as a kid. I'm tempted to dig it out of the stack, but it's very dusty maybe moldy up there, and the pieces may not be intact. I'll take pictures if I do get it out, but I can't promise.
