Extremely predictably, probably, my eyes light up at the An Apple A Day Nightmare Moths. Leslie both has a lot to nightmare about (including some literal canon nightmares that give some idea of what those look like for her) and is a pure and good child for trying to help people with their own nightmares.

It’s like another chance to do memshare but specifically with fear. I love either giving or receiving memshare. So anyone interested in either finding out more of What Is This Child’s Deal or wants to have a small child hug things better, hit me up.

The two high risk quests, both in terms of the training and dealing with those wights, sound like a lot of fun, but since Leslie ended last month being rescued by Killua/Hubert from horse corpses, I dooon’t think anyone will want her to end up involved in the wights OR training in the Wilde, so I’ll likely set those aside.

I would love for Alex and Leslie to meet again under better circumstances

For Under New Management, I feel like someone could make some pretty good use out of Leslie being so cute and adoptable in terms of advertising for adoptions. Look, if you act now, you might be lucky enough to get a Leslie of your own! (Note: Leslie is for display purposes only.)

Given we once again have multiple festivals, those might provide opportunity for lighthearted encounter if we don’t end up thinking of a different option before then, lmao.

For the rest of the quests, maaaybe I’ll look into options for Playwrightin’ — it’d be a new experience for her since I don’t think she’s seen a play in Aefenglom? And she certainly hasn’t in her world.

And for Fabiano's Finesse, she doesn’t have the skill to be an instructor even if she’s been getting lessons from a couple of people who are Good With Swords. But if there is someone who is Good With Swords but has Peccable Manners, Leslie has, well. Less an idea of how to be a Proper Young Lady and more of the manners of someone serving a noble.

Which might be more in line with what is needed.

Other than those quests, I’ll be trying to brainstorm ideas for other things Leslie might be up to, as unless the rebellion celebration ends up getting big hijacked by some plot, it looks like it is a festival month and like. Leslie’s good for those because she’s a soft and good girl, but also I think I’ll be looking within for things to get up to.

Also depending on how things go with her housemates and Edelgard in particular, I have no idea if she’ll be grounded for part of this month in some form, lmao.

On August 25, Leslie maaaay have broken rules that were set in place for her own safety that resulted in the aforementioned horse corpse attacks and caused her to arrive home long after usual without letting anyone know, SO she could be getting in trouble. Or she might get forgiven easily since she is pretty trustworthy with learning lessons.

Anyway, that’s where my brain is at for September in Aefenglom.
