Welcome back. Doing well, started strength training 2 weeks before the fires to help with fatigue and mental health, had to take a break for 8-9 days due to the fire smoke, worked out 3 days this week and feeling much better both physically and mentally. As you saw from the Penzeys post, I am getting ready to do some involved cooking vs. quick meals
