I guess I thought that was the same thing. I put in a sell request. Once they sell, how do i cash them out?

after you've sold, go to acount > process credit > scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "request process credit"

then you can put in the amount you want to cash out (you don't have to cash out all that you sold, you can leave some USD on your account to cash out later or to pay for premium fees)

Be aware they will also limit the amount you can process per month, and you may also have to send in additional documentation and RL information.
