I'm sure this got auto-flagged because I used the word "nude" to describe the skintone modesty panels that are under the lace, but I'm not able to edit the description and now it's stuck in Moderate rating.

You don't need AI for interesting ads inSL. At all. There's such neat stuff you can do just with lighting. This was barely retouched, just a fix on some clipping of the sleeve due to the pose, and the motion blur overlay (which was subtle since there's already depth of field).
