epistemologys: it's basically that both the core transfer and raising WN as a force corpse both took away autonomy, but WN was also part of the removal of the core & so he has a view of both sides of that. He's so strong because he bottles up his emotions & his kindness plays such a huge part in his life, death & rebirth.

epistemologys: WN understands the core exchange & was part of it, but that did involve a level of consent (JC was aware he was getting a core) whereas WN could never consent to becoming a fierce corpse. He is then controlled by WWX, who loses control & he is responsible & aware of every death he causes. He still remains kind & loyal despite everything

epistemologys: but also, we can never know how much of that is our of loyalty and love from before he became a corpse and how much of it could have been influenced by any control WWX had over him at any point, or how happy WQ was to have him back. it's a very complicated tangle & I love WN, WQ & WWX a lot!

oh yeah I totally get that! unfortunately we don't get a lot of scenes with just wwx and wn, but I bet wwx would've given him the option not to fight if he wanted to. wn strikes me as a fiercely (heh) protective person, which is what I love about him <3
