Back from the run. 4+ miles in "low gear" just puttering around the neighborhood. Nothing stellar, just 30+ minutes of aerobic work.

Heading out to run in the snow. Time to see if the knee is getting better or is just going to be annoying through the holidays.

Just finished seafood buffet for Thanksgiving dinner.
I am thankful that my belt expands.

Great that the weather is nice enough to finish a senior session. Getting creative on locations while I wait for her & dad.

Pittsburgh postponed. Spending wonderful evening @ Cols Italian Festival w/ Mindy. Amazing how far 1 glass of wine takes you on empty tummy.
