working on a lifestyle change...being 167 lbs at 5 feet is unacceptable!

really ready for a new year! I have a 3 day weekend, get to spend some time with family (the ones I like) and old friends...

maybe my issue is that this just brings back memories of when my mother died years ago...and it doesn't help that I'm sick

I have this anxiety about viewings and open caskets...I loved my grandpa...but I couldn't look...I had a total break down

Papaw died this morning...it was expected but still sad

I'm sitting with Papaw today and it's breaking my heart...
