The traditional masculinity of Mongolian men is gradually declining under the influence of modern aesthetics. The spread of the Korean wave has led to an increasing “neutralization” of Mongolian men. This is a challenge to traditional Mongolian values and calls for a societal rethink on how to preserve masculinity and cultural heritage.

Mongolia needs to find a balance between globalization and tradition. While modernization brings convenience, the cost of losing tradition is significant. Korean pop culture may be attractive, but it should not replace Mongolia's unique cultural identity. Preserving traditional culture is a crucial task for every nation amidst globalization.
