survived the holiday weekend..still in tact.. house is clean and no family or family where harmed during this incident.

just finished my morning run... 5 miles its 48 degrees outside fall is around the corner.

its weds happy hump day folks!

today is going to be long and a tough day!

just finished the first leg of a seven hour road trip... back home late this evening

damn today is a wonderful day outside low temps and low humdity!

its friday feeling a hell of a lot better from the accident!.
