fighting an annoying headache today - all the standard treatments (various drugs, chocolate, red-bull, a little nap, Coke) haven't helped :|

After a good start to the week I'm back to the usual Wednesday slump.. so bored I'm resorting to reading medical journal articles :[

thankful for a relatively busy week at work this week... all I need now is another 40 or so like this and I'll be out of trouble

Worst day ever today. Composing an angry letter to the editor of our local newspaper for their front page "doctor shortage" story

Lots of U2 360 T-shirts filtering through the surgery today and none of them had such an awesome spot as we did!

Someone just said to me "have a good weekend" and as usual I replied "you too" - then smiled as I realized the double meaning

The bass player from Boney M is awesome : that's all I have to say.

Every time I listen to it I am surprised again what an incredible album Achtung Baby is - phenomenal! Only 1 week to go!!

Wandering around the shops at 5:40pm thinking weeknight trading is not much of a success thus far - 90% of shops are closed :/

My evening : Christmas music, tickle fights, nutri-grain, fantasy novel, shiraz cabernet grenache, mandolin, Harry Potter...
