My Starbucks interview yesterday went well, and I just got a call back from Six Flags for their tech department.

I drove to work in SNOW.

One benefit of my silly little retail job over my mildy impressive wardrobe job last year - I have my birthday and the next day off, and I'm not coming into my birthday super stressed and overworked. Somehow.

So very glad to be home, and thanks to Alex for sharing the link, I will soon have every single Sims 2 everything, ever.

Riding through downtown Dallas is neat.

Austin is fantastic.

Oh hey, its been a week since I had a cigarette. Maybe that's why I've been kind of grumpy and out of sorts.

I feel much too dressy to go sell shoes, but everything else I own is either dirty or doesn't fit the dress code.

In a way its kind of reassuring that a retail job is essentially the same where ever you go.
