Quite happy with January's mileage 192 miles, 7 behind what i was doing for the himalaya's with 6 months to go before the Lakeland100.

Back from Wales after the post amazing drive over Alston / hartside in the snow and ice. Now to get a quick shower before family party.

The average depth of snow in my back garden is now up to 28cm.

Just got my official park run time in as 20.58 13 seconds faster than i'd thought - giving me a 6.44 minute mile - result!
