It's frustrating when people say, "Are you listening?" that triggers me so much.
1. you think I'm stupid.
2. are you listening to yourself? you are confusing and I'm just clarifying.

Think about how you are explaining things too especially to someone who has no experience. Or at least just avoid assuming that someone is stupid omg. grrr
