time to have breakfast.

Up around 3am this morning after very little sleep. Spent the time till now painting a picture I nearly destroyed yesterday

Resolved to get out and about some more, like traveling around London, going down the South Coast, and all the rest of it.

just got up feeling tired (yawning) ready for another day. I have 2 appointments today so there's room to take it easy.

I've had a lazy Sunday as after dinner I fell asleep again...Might go back to bed.

taken some time out to chill out and have a sleep...Strange dreams. Now will be making dinner of beef hotpot...

Finally woke up to yet another brilliant sunny day. Not good news on the economics/politics front -expect stock market crashes tomorrow

go to bed as he was going to stay awake for 48 hours working and watching the impotent attempts to rescue banks & poor countries. 'Night.

tired! It seems that the world stock markets will crash Monday and no one, not even the IMF can do anything about it...worrying.

taking a break to do some reading, grab something to eat, & then to watch the England soccer international at 5.15pm
