For all the military "brats" out there ...

Trying to stay off my foot is more difficult than I thought it would be while getting my classroom ready to start class Monday.

I have a sprained ankle. Thank goodness it's not broken, though. A few days off my foot is better than a few weeks in a cast, right?

You know that saying, "The first step is a doozy"? Well the first step I took going down the rappel tower today was a doozy. Twisted ankle.

we had a nice few cool days, but now we're back to the upper 80s.

I got some beautiful yarn from Sundara in the mail today and I'll be going over to a friend's house this afternoon. Good day.

one dog (the big one) is asleep on me; the other one's eyes are falling shut while he's looking at me. I think it's time for bed.

today is back to work day for me.
