Been a while since I've used the Aeropress, but I think it's time to bring it back into service.

Don't have a ton of photos of the old man. He's playing in that great gig in the sky somewhere. My mom? Hopefully she's found peace in the great beyond.

Today's visit with the new doctor went…alright.

The increased A1C: He's not worried.
The high LDL: "Take a statin." I told him why I won't. Ok, moving on.
Blood pressure meds: Let's try cutting them in half, monitor BP.
Aneyruism: Let's check it again in November.

It's funny, I got known for making a particular website twenty-something years ago, and I'm basically doing the same thing now except it's my day job and have to deal with a CMS, CSS, and a SaaS application.

Making progress on my progress belt. I wore a belt for a 54 inch waist at one point, and that last hole got tight. I've kept that belt and continue to punch holes in it as I continue to shrink. Last night: two more holes were punched. I'm down 24 inches off my waist.
