freeze mode!

a good nap today...woke up very early... as in 4am...

my BP will not flactuate anymore... wellness month today...

had a big time headache last night, when the doctor checked my BP...I was shocked 140/90....

to have a sweet weekend again... please lang...

everything will fall into place...

to get moving and prepare for the day!

busy day today... I need to bring Raj to his pedia for his 5 in 1 vaccine...
