cardiologist says my EKG looks good. Now one more test on Friday to make sure my heart deals with stress just as well as normal stuff.

my 1st workout with a trainer doesn't leave me hurting so much I can't play with my little one but well worth the health benefits!

Hoping the cardiologist sees nothing wrong on my EKG today. Have to get tested because Mom's condition is hereditary.
