for my creators that know about mesh, if you get something with the .dae files, does that mean you can edit the item in blender or other 3d program?

Morning all happy hump day!!!

for anyone that knows anything about blender and or mesh, what is the difference between .dae and. obj files? will they both ul into blender so you can edit the actual object?

I know I asked this a while back but I am ready now to take the plundge so what are the best tangos to get if you want a smaller bust?
