Occasionally, members of the plasmoid race have some difficulty maintaining a cohesive physical form. This one has had a watertight suit built (along with a chestpiece made of tempered glass and steel), to allow him easier interactions with other humanoids. If only he didn't have an unfortunate habit of trying to run directly through walls...
